Due to the nature of our products being handmade and made to order please allow:
– up to7-10 days working days if you live in the UK
– up to 14 working days for international orders
Large orders may take longer but you will be informed of any likely delay when ordering.
Due to individual colour screen settings, colours may look slightly different to the real product. We do our best to give a full description of the items and we strongly recommend reading each product’s description for sizes, colours, material, design and postage before you go ahead with the purchase.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail recorded, standard post or courier.
Free delivery within the UK.
International Delivery is charged at a standard rate of £10. Additional items will incur a postage cost of £2 per item.
Delivery to remote areas such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight may take up to 14 days to be delivered.
Sadly due to size restrictions we are unable to send feather cushion inserts outside the UK. If you are purchasing cushions outside the UK please make sure that you do not pay the additional cushion insert fee at checkout.
Due to postage size restrictions outside of the UK we are unable to send feather inserts with cushion orders. Only the outer knitted cover can be posted to you. The cost of the cushion insert will be deducted from your order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for their own country’s customs upon receiving goods.
At Sian O’Doherty we try our best to deliver goods within the specified delivery time and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please email us via our email address within 7 days of receiving the parcel, and return the item in the original packaging within 28 days from your purchase date. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please keep proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the goods back, in perfect condition, we will refund you the cost of the item into your account within 14 days. The cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility except for faulty or incorrectly shipped goods.
