This is an introductory mini block of 3 sessions. Each time we will explore a variety of mindful practices, including breath work, deep relaxation techniques, visualisation and focused contemplation. Through such approaches, we aim to slow the mind and calm the body, thus enhancing self-awareness. In a setting designed to help you rest and relax, you will be encouraged to choose whatever position is most comfortable for you and will be carefully guided and supported throughout our time together. It really is the perfect opportunity to de-stress in the build up to the festive period!
