Join Janet Taylor, an experienced instructor, for a unique Trigger Point Pilates (TPP) class. TPP blends traditional Pilates with self-myofascial release (SMR) techniques using foam rollers and spiky balls to target muscle tightness and improve flexibility, posture, and circulation.

Absolutely loved trigger point so different from any other Pilates class I have done. Janet is an excellent instructor so clear with her instructions and adapts each move to suit everyone especially if they have a problematic area. I thoroughly recommend this class it was amazing I will be signing up for a block course.
