Sound Experience with BRUNCH 🙂

8.20am – Arrive at Ash Farm ready to settle in

8.30am – 9.40am – Gong Sound Bath session (1 hr and 10 minutes)

9.45 – 10.15am – 30 minute break – your choice of  hot drink in the cafe … tea, americano, cappuccino, flat white etc

10.15am – 11am – Himalayan Singing Bowls session (45 minute session)

11am – Brunch at Ash Farm . Choose one of the menu options which is included in the price.

BRUNCH MENU – choose one of the following:

• Homemade Granola with fruit and an apple juice (v/g and gluten free)

• Fully loaded Breakfast – homemade toast topped with smashed edamame, panfried garlic mushrooms, tomatoes and poached egg. v

• Homemade toasted bread topped with ‘Chorizo’ inspired pate, two poached eggs and garnished with pea shoots sriracha mayo  and chilli flakes v

• Homemade toasted bread topped with edamame smash, two poached eggs and garnished with pea shoots sriracha mayo  and chilli flakes v

• Vegan Breakfast – toasted homemade bread topped with chorizo inspired spread OR edamame smash topped with tofu scramble v/g

• Garlic Mushrooms with homemade cashew cream cheese on toast v/g

• Banana and peanut butter on toast topped with cinnamon, chia seeds and agave syrup

Join us for this amazing experience and take part in both the Gong Sound Baths and the Himalayan Singing bowls  here at Ash Farm with Geraint Thomas of G Nature and Wellbeing, topped off with a yummy homemade breakfast : )

Start the morning off first with a 1 hr and 10 minutes Gong Sound Bath session followed by your choice of hot drink in the cafe then the Himalayan Singing Bowls session for 45 minutes. Finish off the experience with your brunch in the cafe from the menu selection. You must preorder your breakfast on booking. 

Himalayan Singing Bowls

Experience the dreamy sounds of the Himalayan Singing Bowls as they reverberate across the room. These bowls have been carefully selected to include closely matched frequencies that create Binaural Beats when certain bowls are combined.

As a result our busy brains slow down their vibrating frequencies through a process classed Brainwave Entrainment from a busy Beta Brainwave state, through a more dreamy and creative Alpha Brainwave state, towards a deeper subconscious Theta Brainwave state, which is associated with REM sleep and meditation.

What can I expect during a Gong Sound Bath?.

During this Gong Sound Bath nothing is required of attendees other than to pick a spot to lie down on your yoga mat or duvet, wrapped up snug in blankets and relax as the gong frequencies, resonance and deep vibrations wash over you.

Every Gong Sound Bath is different and a very personal experience depending on where you are at on your personal journey through life.

You don’t need to know how to meditate or focus on being mindful and present as the Gong Sound Bath can quickly transport you to a meditative state for deeper relaxation.

Distracted by the depth of resonance, sounds and vibrations our busy minds succumb to the varying frequencies* as our internal chatter or rumination thoughts can quickly move towards a dreamy state.

Some people report a floaty feeling , others zone out and fall asleep. Whatever your personal experience, you may well let go of your daily stresses and anxieties.

Bath?: No swimmers needed. 🙂  You bathe and immerse yourself in the gong vibrations, resonance, sounds and frequencies

Special asks:  Please aim to arrive 10 minutes beforehand to make sure you are ready for the session to start at 8.30am as arrivals beyond this time will be restricted to minimise disruption, aiming to create a calm, safe space as you settle, close your eyes and relax into the meditative Gong Sound Bath session followed by the Himalayan Bowls.

What’s needed? 

To get the most benefit from a gong sound bath and Himalayan singing bowls you should be comfortable and warm lying on the floor for an extended period of time as when our heart rate lowers during a gong bath, so can our body temperature.

Attendees may wish to bring:

• Warm layers, and thick socks
• Yoga mat (and duvet or blanket for added comfort to lie on)
• Cushion
• Blanket to cover you
• Weighted Eye pillow or mask
• Water to keep hydrated
