🕣 8:20am – Arrive & settle in

🎶 8:30am – 9:40am – Gong Sound Bath

🫖 9:45am – 10:15am – Refresh with tea or americano (tea station)

🎵 10:15am – 11:00am – Himalayan Singing Bowls session

🍽 11:00am – Enjoy a scrumptious brunch from our carefully curated menu (included in the price!)

BRUNCH MENU (choose one):

1. Homemade granola with fruit & apple juice (vegan and gluten-free)

2. Fully loaded breakfast with homemade pesto or chorizo-inspired spread, mushrooms, tomatoes, and poached egg (vegetarian)

3. Toast with ‘chorizo’ spread, tomatoes, poached eggs, sriracha mayo, chili flakes (vegetarian)

4. Garlic mushrooms with cashew cream cheese on toast (vegan)

5. Banana & peanut butter toast with cinnamon, chia seeds, and agave syrup (vegan)

6. Toast with tomatoes & tofu scramble (vegan)

7. Homemade Baked beans on toast with chorizo spread (vegan)

Gong Sound Bath:
Relax as the gong’s deep vibrations guide you into a meditative state, relieving stress and promoting relaxation. No need to meditate—just lie back, unwind, and enjoy the experience.

Himalayan Singing Bowls:
Let the soothing frequencies of the bowls shift your brainwaves into a peaceful, relaxed state, ideal for deep meditation and calming your mind.

• Location: Ash Farm, SA67 8JU, with stunning Pembrokeshire views.

• Session Capacity: Limited to 12 participants.

• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in before the session begins at 8:30 am.

• What to Bring: Warm layers, yoga mat, blanket, cushion, eye mask, and water.
