Sunday Yoga + Breakfast – November 10th
£20 per person
Limited spaces – 9 participants maximum
In addition to our popular dedicated 8-week yoga blocks, we’ve added a new offering – a special one-off class for those wishing to trial yoga, with a relaxing Sunday morning Hatha session, followed by breakfast and hot drink (included) afterwards.
Arrive in our peaceful setting for one hour of breathwork, meditation and mindful, soothing asana movement with our knowledgeable yoga teacher, Hilary Westlake.
Included in your experience, you will be offered a delicious healthy granola bowl breakfast in the cafe, personally prepared by Sian.
We aim for everyone to leave the Studio calm, refreshed and ready to face the outside world with positive energy to start your relaxing Sunday. xx
The Day…
Arrival: by 9.00am – yoga begins for 1 hour
Breakfast: 10.00am – Coconut and homemade enriched granola topped with fresh fruit – a light scrumptious breakfast in a bowl 🙂
