We’re bringing you a special long-format masterclass – one evening a week for four weeks – led by none other than registered nutritionist and founder of HealthAspire, Ellen Picton.
The Gut Health Makeover is your chance to deep dive into the fascinating world of gut health through engaging talks, hands-on cookery demonstrations, and nourishing, homemade plant-based meals.
