Join us for a relaxed and supportive evening at Ash Farm, designed to help you better understand your digestive system and feel more at ease with food.
Led by registered nutritionist Ellen Picton, this is a gentle, practical exploration of gut health, with no overwhelm, no strict rules, just simple, supportive guidance and practical advice.
The Evening
4:45pm — Arrival & welcome
A warm herbal tea on arrival (fennel, peppermint or ginger) as you settle into the space.
5:00–6:30pm — Gut health talk with Ellen of Healthaspire
A relaxed, informative session exploring digestion, common symptoms such as bloating and discomfort, and how the gut, stress and nervous system are closely connected.
6:30–6:50pm — Reflexology demonstration with Judith
A calming pause with Judith Bolton, helping the body to slow and settle.
6:50–7:20pm — Supper
A simple, homemade, gut-friendly meal of soup, fresh bread and crackers.
7:30–8pm — Dessert demo & Q&A
A short, practical look at gut-friendly sweet options, with time for questions and conversation.

About Judith and Ellen….
Ellen Picton is a registered nutritionist and published author who has helped over 1,000 private clients and worked with many corporate companies. The founder of HealthAspire in Milford Haven, Ellen has supported hundreds of people living with IBS, hormone imbalances, skin conditions, joint pain, fatigue, and more. She continues to work with the local council, delivering the FACE (Food and Community Education) programme, helping to bring healthy eating initiatives into schools and the wider community. For our event, she will deliver an insightful health talk and food demonstration.
Judith Bolton is a Clinical Reflexologist, & Holistic therapist with over 30 years experience. Taking a holistic approach, Judith works with consideration to your body, mind and overall wellbeing, aiming to offer treatments which deliver effective and lasting results. She currently offers bespoke treatments, tailored to your needs, at Meadow house Therapy Rooms. For this event, we are pleased to welcome her to talk and teach an easy reflexology hand routine which you can perform yourself, helping you with digestion and self care.
Together, these two will send you home with so much more knowledge on your own health and how to support it for a better wellbeing, and we can’t wait to host them for this anticipated event!
