With over 20 years of lived experience with coeliac disease, Ellen has perfected her free-from bakes and brings a wealth of practical, delicious expertise.

Christmas is the perfect moment to enjoy mindful indulgence — rich spices, comforting flavours and decadent desserts — all made with quality ingredients and a focus on feeling good.

Arrive at Ash Farm and settle in with a homemade cinnamon-spiced Ash Farm hot chocolate, before Ellen takes over the kitchen for an evening of festive cooking, ideas and plenty of tasting along the way.
