Join us at Ash Farm for a deeply restorative Yin Yoga and meditation class with Jo Rees.

This slow, grounding practice offers you space to pause, soften and reconnect. Yin yoga works by holding poses for extended periods (typically 2–5 minutes in Jo’s classes), allowing the deeper connective tissues to gently release. Rooted in the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, this practice supports balance within the body’s energy systems while improving mobility and resilience.

If you’re not ready to commit to the full block, this is a lovely way to experience the class and join our Tuesday morning community.
