Join us at Ash Farm for a relaxed midweek reset, a softly energising yoga practice with Hilary, followed by a beautifully prepared, wholesome breakfast in the café.
✨ The Experience
We begin with a calm, flowing hour of yoga led by Hilary, designed to wake the body gently, ease tension and bring a sense of balance to the day ahead.
This is a welcoming, unhurried class suitable for all levels. Whether you’re completely new or simply looking for a softer start to your morning, you’ll be guided with care throughout.
Our intention is simple: to help you feel grounded, refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
Breakfast at the Café
After your session, settle into the café and enjoy a nourishing breakfast bowl:
• Overnight oats with raspberry, almond butter, yoghurt, blueberries and pistachios – vegan and gluten free
A fresh, satisfying and quietly indulgent way to continue your morning
A tea station will be available, with barista coffee (latte, cappuccino, flat white, etc.) available to order at an additional charge.
