8.30am – 5.30pm | Ash Farm
A thoughtfully curated day retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect and create space through mindful movement, nourishing food, nature, creativity and deep rest.
A day to step away from the everyday, spend time in the peaceful surroundings of Ash Farm and simply allow yourself to slow down.
The Day
8.30am – 9.15am | Arrival & Welcome
Arrive slowly and settle into the day with tea, coffee, herbal teas and a nourishing seasonal welcome.
Take time to connect, enjoy the surroundings and ease gently into the retreat ahead.
9.15am – 10.45am | Pilates, Strength & Stretch with Naomi Pattinson
Begin the morning with mindful movement, combining Pilates foundations, controlled strength work, mobility and stretching.
Naomi will guide you through a session designed to help you connect with your body, build strength, release tension and move with greater awareness through breath and flow.
Suitable for mixed abilities, with options offered throughout.
10.45am – 11.45am | Nourishing Food Demonstration & Tastings with Sian
Gather around the Ash Farm kitchen for a relaxed and informal food demonstration exploring simple ways to build a colourful, nourishing meal.
Sian will share practical ideas for bringing together different flavours, textures and ingredients — from homemade dressings and dips to grains, vegetables and plant-based proteins — with plenty of inspiration to recreate at home.
There will, of course, be opportunities to taste along the way.
11.45am – 1pm | Mindfulness in Nature with Hilary
Slow down and reconnect with yourself and the natural world through mindfulness, breathwork and grounding practices.
Guided by Hilary and inspired by the beautiful surroundings at Ash Farm, this is an opportunity to become more present, notice the changing season and create a little more space and stillness.
Weather permitting, this session will take place outdoors.
1pm – 2pm | Seasonal Ash Farm Lunch
Come together around the table for a homemade seasonal buffet lunch prepared at Ash Farm using fresh, nourishing ingredients.
A relaxed hour to eat, pause, chat and simply enjoy being together.
2pm – 3pm | Mindful Nature Weaving
After lunch, spend some quiet time creating with your hands.
Using found objects and natural materials, you’ll create your own woven piece to take home, combining texture, colour and elements inspired by nature.
No previous creative experience is needed. There is no right or wrong way to create — this is simply an opportunity to slow down, enjoy the process and make something uniquely yours.
3pm – 5.30pm | Yin Yoga, Guided Relaxation & Gong Sound Bath with Jo Rees & Geraint Thomas
The day gradually draws to a close with an extended period of deep rest.
Jo will begin with a gentle Yin Yoga practice and guided relaxation, allowing the body to soften and settle before moving seamlessly into an immersive gong sound bath with Geraint.
A deeply restorative end to the day, with time to become still, release tension and simply receive.
5.30pm | Farewell
Leave feeling rested, nourished and hopefully carrying a little of the day’s slower pace home with you.

Had a fabulous day’s retreat at Ash Farm. Well thought out activities ranging from Pilates, yoga, food demonstrations, art session, sound bath and a great mindfulness session lying outside under the eucalyptus tree. Breakfast and lunch provided and we went home with a goodie bag full of treats! A wonderful day from a great team! Thankyou.

Sian it was an amazing day. It absolutely reset me 100%. It has been a rollercoaster the last few months, but yesterday was exactly what the body, mind and soul needed. From start to finish, it was a magically amazing day. I look so refreshed this morning. Everything we took part in yesterday was just fantastic, and I can absolutely say I 100% enjoyed every single part of it. I’ve been and bought a load of red onions this morning 😍.
Also Sian you are an amazing host, and the food was out of this world. I didn’t eat again last night, was still so full. Thank you all so, so much. I seriously will be on the next 1 100% xX❤️Xx. Eleanor, 27th September 2026

Thank you so much, Sian, for such a fabulous day. Fiona and I both loved every moment of it, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, feeling truly relaxed and restored, with our wonderful goodie bags in hand! The food and drinks were, as always, delicious and nourishing and we left feeling inspired by your food demonstrations. The Pilates and Yin Yoga were first class. We were unsure what to expect from the meditation and sound bath before we arrived, but felt truly revitalised by both. We will be watching out for your next event.

Thank you Sian for creating such a wonderful day. It was totally relaxing from the minute of arrival. I was introduced to new activitites that I loved. All of them with the aim of stopping and slowing down in mind. It totally worked for me.
Food was also great and your demo has given me lots of new ideas to revamp my food diversity intake.
The goodie bag was an unexpected treat which I also loved.
Thank you team for creating and delivering such a fantastic day xx
