Join us at Ash Farm for a deeply restorative Yin Yoga and meditation class with Jo Rees.

This slow, grounding practice offers you space to pause, soften and reconnect. Yin yoga works by holding poses for extended periods (typically 2–5 minutes in Jo’s classes), allowing the deeper connective tissues to gently release. Rooted in the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, this practice supports balance within the body’s energy systems while improving mobility and resilience.

This listing is for block of 8 sessions for ÂŁ80. If the Block commences and there are spare spaces left, we will advertise single drop-in sessions for these dates (ÂŁ15 each).

If you can’t make some of the dates, you can give your spot to a friend.

A completed health questionnaire must be submitted directly to Jo prior to attending your first session.

    This is my third year doing Yin Yoga with Jo Rees at Ash Farm and I absolutely love everything about it.
    Jo is a very good teacher, the class is always lovely and relaxing and Jo is also always kind and caring.
    The venue at Ash Farm is the nicest place I have ever practised Yoga in.
    The cafe at Ash Farm and the food and drink you can have after class are really lovely and Sian is an excellent cook making the most healthy food from clean ingredients and cakes too.
