8:45 am — Arrival & Immune Booster
9:00 – 10:30 am — Katherine Brace: LBT + Pilates
10:30 – 11:30 am — Nourish & Create: Interactive Food Demo
11:30 am – 1:00 pm — Yoga & Mindfulness: A grounding Session with Hilary Westlake
1:00 – 2:00 pm — Seasonal Buffet Lunch prepared by the Ash Farm kitchen.
2:00 – 2:30 pm — Digestive Mindful Walk
2:30 – 4:30 pm — Pebble Art Workshop: Relax, Create, Meditate
4:30 pm — Closing Tea & Farewell
1.5 hr Pilates & Meditation | 1 hr Food demo | 1.5 hr Yoga and Meditation | 1 hr lunch | 30 mins walk | 2 hrs sound bath | herbal tea and a small sweet treat to finish
