What a lovely treat! The day was perfect, starting with Pilates, followed later by a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga session, both taught by excellent tutors. The food demonstrations were so inspiring, and the nourishing lunch prepared from scratch by Sian was absolutely delicious—every bite felt like pure care and creativity. The sound bath was a lovely way to unwind at the end of the day. To top it all off, seeing the alpacas added a fun touch to the day. A truly brilliant retreat that balanced wellness, learning, and joy—I can’t recommend it enough!

The Nourish and Restore Retreat at Ash Farm was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of calm and care woven into every part of the experience. The setting itself is beautiful—peaceful, grounding, and thoughtfully designed to help slow down and truly breathe again.
The food was absolutely fantastic and like it had been prepared with intention and love, nourishing in every sense of the word. It was the kind of food that makes you feel looked after, both in body and soul.
What truly made the retreat exceptional, though, was Sian. Warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in creating a space where everyone felt welcome and supported. Their kindness set the tone for the entire day, and it made all the difference.
The accommodation was fabulous—comfortable, cosy, and full of those small touches that make you feel instantly at home. It was the perfect place to rest, reflect, and restore.
Ash Farm is a special place, and this retreat was perfect. I left feeling lighter, nourished, and deeply grateful for the experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
