Yin Yoga, Meditation & Pancake Brunch with Jo Rees
Tuesday 24th February | 10:00–11:00am | Ash Farm Studio
Ease into your Tuesday with a slow, nourishing morning designed to reset, unwind and restore. This one-off session combines restorative yin yoga and guided meditation, holding poses for several minutes to encourage deep relaxation, calm, and happy energy.
After class, enjoy a light pancake brunch (vg) — two fluffy pancakes with Alpro greek yoghurt, fresh berries, agave drizzle, and a sprinkle of homemade granola. Tea, herbal infusions, and barista coffees available to purchase on the day.
✨ Perfect for first-timers curious about restorative yin or anyone who wants a cosy, indulgent morning.
