Restorative Hatha Yoga Morning with Jo Rees

Join us for a gentle, restorative Hatha yoga morning led by Jo Rees, suitable for all levels.
This softly flowing practice begins with mindful movement to warm the body before settling into longer-held, restorative postures that encourage deep release. Breathwork and guided meditation are woven throughout, supporting a sense of calm, balance and deep rest.
After the session, enjoy a light, nourishing breakfast served in the studio — homemade double-baked granola with yoghurt and seasonal fruit compote — alongside unlimited tea. Freshly made coffee is available to purchase from the café if you wish.
