Step into a slow, nourishing Friday morning at Ash Farm — a chance to move with care, settle the nervous system and ease gently into the day ahead.
This one-off session begins with a 1-hour Pilates class led by Naomi, offering a mindful, strength-building practice that is both supportive and quietly challenging. Each session focuses on:

Deep core engagement, improved postural strength, and glute and leg toning

Flowing sequences that challenge coordination, balance and control

A full-body stretch and guided relaxation to restore and reset
Expect to feel the burn — but leave feeling stronger, longer and more connected to your body. Naomi offers progressions and challenges for those who wish to push themselves, with modifications always available to ensure the practice remains accessible and supportive.
The morning continues in the café with a light savoury brunch, prepared in-house using simple, wholesome ingredients. Enjoy homemade crackers, a gently seasoned tofu scramble and fresh sliced tomatoes, served in an unhurried, relaxed setting.
A self-serve tea station will be available throughout the morning, with a selection of herbal teas to enjoy at your own pace. Coffees can be purchased separately on the day if you’d like something extra.
This offering is ideal if you’re looking for a grounding end-of-week reset, thoughtful Pilates teaching and gentle nourishment in a warm, small-group setting.
