This late morning session is designed as a soft reset, a chance to move, breathe and slow down in a calm, supportive space. Guided by Hilary, the yoga practice will be gentle and accessible, with mindful movement and breath to help release tension and restore balance.

After the class, you’re invited to stay and enjoy a light, nourishing brunch. You’ll be served homemade seed crackers with our cashew cream cheese, alongside a fresh side salad and pickled red onion, with a self-serve herbal tea station to finish. Thoughtful, simple food designed to leave you feeling refreshed rather than heavy.

Barista-made coffees will be available to purchase separately on the day.
