Sunday Salutations: A Relaxing Morning Yoga Experience
Join us for a slow, nourishing start to your Sunday at Ash Farm.
A gentle hour of Sun Salutations led by Hilary Westlake, followed by a beautifully prepared homemade breakfast, the perfect way to reset, unwind and ease into your day.
✨ The Experience
This one-off session is designed for anyone looking to move, breathe and take a little time for themselves in a calm, welcoming space.
Expect a grounding, flowing yoga practice suitable for all levels : whether you’re completely new or returning to your mat.
Our intention is simple: for you to leave feeling lighter, calmer and quietly re-energised.
Breakfast at the Café
After your session, settle into the café and enjoy:
• Homemade pancakes with yoghurt, warm berry compote, fresh fruit, agave syrup and topped with our signature homemade granola for crunch
A tea station will be available, with barista coffees (latte, cappuccino, flat white, etc.) available to order at an additional charge.
Please note: pancakes are not gluten free. A homemade double-baked granola option is available for gluten-free guests- please let us know at the time of booking.
