Event Overview

Join us for a deeply held early-evening experience designed to gently guide you out of the busyness of the day and into rest.

This unhurried evening has been carefully curated to support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and a sense of being fully cared for — from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.

We begin in the café with a warming homemade golden milk and a light homemade sweet treat, offering a soft transition from day into evening.

From there, the evening unfolds as a single, continuous journey.

An extended Yin Yoga practice and guided meditation with Jo Rees gently prepares the body and nervous system, creating the conditions for sound to be received more deeply.
Without pause, this openness flows directly into a 70-minute Gong Sound Bath with Geraint Thomas, allowing the sound to land fully and restoratively as the body and mind rest in meditation.

We then return to the café to close the evening with a comforting bowl of homemade vegan, gluten-free soup, freshly baked breads (both gluten-free and seeded), a self-serve herbal tea station, and a light dessert, giving time to land, nourish, and leave feeling grounded and settled.

This is an intimate and deeply nourishing experience — intentionally limited to 10 people.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are.

Arrival from 4.30pm

5.00 – 6.15pm
Extended Yin Yoga & guided meditation with Jo Rees

6.15 – 7.25pm
Gong Sound Bath (70 minutes) with Geraint Thomas  (G Nature and Wellbeing)

7.30 – 8.00pm
Nourishment in the Ash Farm café:
– Homemade vegan & gluten-free soup
– Fresh breads (gluten-free and seeded)
– Herbal tea station
– Light dessert
