If you love colour and jewellery, why not try the art of enamelling?

This colour-filled day is suitable both for beginners and students with prior experience. On this one-day course you will be introduced to the essential equipment and techniques of vitreous enamelling. All essential tools and materials will be provided on the day.

Kathryn Willis is an experienced teacher who designs and makes contemporary enamelled jewellery and panels.

A love of colour and pattern lead her to work with vitreous enamel which she was introduced to whilst on her jewellery degree at Middlesex University. She draws inspiration from the Welsh landscape and textile heritage as well as recurrent themes of growth, repetition and nature to create her unique pieces.
