New this autumn… spinning a yarn.

One of Sian’s favourite projects this year has been the launch of her new alpaca yarn, Rhëydr. She has been working with the spinners at the Natural Fibre Company to find the perfect blend to complement and enhance the drape and sheen of the fibre from her own alpacas.

A touch of Blueface Leicester adds just the right amount of memory and springiness to produce a lustrous yarn that is a joy to work with – and to wear! Perfect for gloves, scarves and shawls (think lacework and flowing styles), Rhëydr will make the perfect gift for the knitter in your life looking for a little Christmas indulgence.

It’s true… Christmas really is coming!

Find more wonderful gift ideas on Sian’s website. As well as a lovely selection of garments and accessories for people and homey spaces, you can choose from a wide range of workshops to provide the craft enthusiast in your life with a luxury crafty retreat.

The lanes leading to Ash Farm are narrow and have limited passing places therefore we suggest that you take your time.

From the east (coming from Carmarthen): When you get to the end of the dual carriageway take the first left at the roundabout heading towards Tenby. Drive for 200 metres and take a left onto Kingsmoor road. Pass Kingsmoor garage on the left and continue under the railway bridge. After the bridge you will see a lane to your left. Turn LEFT onto this lane (Ivy Chimney Lane), which is not signposted and drive for half a mile, passing Ivy Chimney Cottage on your left. Ash Farm has two entrances; take the 2nd entrance. Follow the entrance to the studio where you will find parking.

From south: Head through Pentlepoir. At the end of the village take a right onto Kingsmoor Road. Follow directions above.
