Our Private Half-Day Retreats are ideal for birthdays, catch-ups, or just time out with your favourite people — all hosted in our calming wellness space and health food café.

  • Two wellness classes of your choice – select from Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates, Trigger Point Pilates, Meditation, Tai Chi Taster…  led by our trusted Ash Farm instructors

  • Expert guidance from warm, friendly teachers

  • Exclusive use of our light-filled studio and pre-arranged café service

  • Two tea/coffee breaks with homemade sweet treat

  • A nourishing, homemade lunch tailored to your group’s dietary needs. 3 options provided. Examples include Homemade soup, salad bowl, tagliatelle, Homemade Dahl, Ash Farm Platter, Homemade mixed bean chilli

  • A flexible and relaxed schedule designed around your group’s energy and preferences


🗓️ Sample Half-Day Itinerary

9:30am – Arrive and settle in with tea or coffee
10:00–11:00am – First class
(e.g. Trigger Point Pilates with Janet, or General Pilates with Katherine or Naomi)
11:00am – Refreshment break with tea/coffee and a homemade sweet treat
11:30–12:30pm – Second class
(e.g. Restorative Yin Yoga with Jo, Hatha Yoga with Hilary or Peter, or a Guided Meditation with Hilary or Jo – there are so many lovely options to choose from!)
12:30pm – Enjoy a freshly prepared, wholesome lunch in our café
Choose from three delicious options, pre-ordered in advance to suit your group’s needs

    Thanks Team Ash Farm for our 1/2 day days out retreats , we have come along to several of these as a group of class members and have enjoyed some wonderful bespoke pilates and yoga sessions , gorgeous lunches and refreshments . This is a great way for a group to experience different teaching styles and class sessions in a beautiful setting followed by a delicious choice of lunches and refreshments , many thanks again

    Another wonderful 1/2day retreat at Ash Farm with our lovely group . The welcome is fantastic as is the studio facilities and our Pilates/Yoga instructors Naomi and Hilary respectively . . As always Sian is awesome not only with delicious menus ( so creative ) all plant based but her genuine enthusiasm in this whole venture of her vision for workshops / crafts – retreats etc . Well done and would recommend wholeheartedly.

Sian makes us so welcome and her menus are always amazing ( plant based ) awesome . Well done and can only congratulate you Sian with your vision on the venture of creating workshops/ crafts and wonderful menus – fabulous setting too – so tranquil .
