Our beautiful, light-filled studio offers a relaxed and inspiring alternative to the traditional meeting room — somewhere to step away from the office, share ideas, plan ahead and enjoy a little breathing space.

With countryside views, thoughtful touches and freshly prepared food from our onsite vegetarian café, we’ll make sure everything is ready for a productive and enjoyable day.

Your Meeting Package — £135

10am–3pm | Five hours | Up to 8 guests

Additional guests: £10 per person, up to a maximum of 14.

Make a Day of It — Add Lunch

Homemade lunch | £12.95 per person

Take a proper break and gather around the table in our separate Ash Farm café.

Our freshly prepared vegetarian lunches celebrate simple, wholesome ingredients, with a choice of three dishes sent to you ahead of your visit for pre-ordering.

Sample options include:

• Homemade Soup & Fresh Bread — comforting, seasonal soups served with homemade bread.
• Falafel Salad Bowl — colourful, nourishing and packed with flavour.
• Ash Farm Shakshouka — gently spiced tomatoes, poached eggs, avocado and delicious toppings, with a vegan alternative available.

Menus vary seasonally. Please let us know about any dietary requirements when enquiring.

Something sweet? Add a homemade dessert for £4 per person, ordered in advance.

Perhaps you’re planning a team away-day rather than a traditional meeting.

At Ash Farm, we can also explore bespoke team experiences, bringing together homemade food, time away from the office and activities led by our trusted visiting tutors.

From creative willow weaving to other shared experiences, we’d be delighted to discuss what might work for your group.

These experiences are arranged by Ash Farm, subject to availability and priced individually.

Whether you’re planning a team strategy session, an end-of-year review or simply need a refreshing change of surroundings, we’d love to welcome you to Ash Farm.

Please get in touch with your preferred date, approximate group size and any catering requirements. All bookings are arranged directly with us.

A note about studio use

Our meeting package is exclusively for private business meetings. The studio is not available for independent hire to run fitness classes, yoga, Pilates, sound baths, retreats or public workshops.

All classes, creative experiences and wellbeing events are organised and managed by Ash Farm.
