Join us for a relaxed and inspiring morning of seasonal cooking, practical nutrition advice and delicious food.
Whether you’re looking to eat more whole foods, searching for fresh recipe inspiration, or simply wanting new ideas for effortless summer entertaining, this live demonstration will show how healthy eating can be both simple and enjoyable.
Guests will be welcomed with a light homemade breakfast in the Ash Farm Café before joining Ellen in the studio for a live food demonstration.
During the session, Ellen will prepare a selection of seasonal dishes while sharing practical nutrition tips, ingredient swaps and simple ideas that can easily be incorporated into everyday life. Expect plenty of opportunities to ask questions, enjoy tastings and discover recipes that can be adapted to suit your own tastes, preferences and dietary needs.
The live demonstration will include:
Creamy Satay Dipping Sauce
A versatile, lighter satay made for summer. Perfect with crisp crudités, drizzled over salads, or warmed through as a quick, flavour-packed curry sauce. Served hot or cold.
Konjac Noodle Asian Salad
A low-fat, low-calorie bowl bursting with freshness. Mint, coriander, lime and smoked tofu come together with konjac noodles for a vibrant, nutrient-dense dish that’s light yet satisfying.
Sweet Treat – Low Sugar & Gluten Free
Sweet treat – low sugar, gluten‑free A soft banana almond cake paired with a rich miso date sauce and silky banana ice cream. Naturally sweet, deeply comforting, and designed to nourish without the sugar crash.
Throughout the demonstration, Ellen will also share practical nutritional insights, including how to confidently use tofu in everyday meals to boost protein, texture and variety.
