Begin your Saturday with a calm and grounding start at Ash Farm, a chance to move mindfully, reconnect with your body and enjoy a simple homemade breakfast afterwards.
The morning begins in the studio with a 1-hour Pilates class led by Naomi Pattinson. Naomi’s teaching focuses on mindful, strength-building movement that supports both stability and mobility. Each session explores:
• Deep core engagement and improved postural strength •
Glute and leg activation to support everyday movement •
Flowing sequences that build balance, coordination and control
• A full-body stretch and guided relaxation to leave you feeling longer, lighter and reset
Naomi offers progressions throughout the class for those who want to challenge themselves, with modifications always available so the practice remains accessible and supportive. After the session, the morning continues in the café with a nourishing breakfast bowl of our homemade Ash Farm chunky granola, served with fruit compote, yoghurt and fresh seasonal fruit.
A self-serve herbal tea station will be available throughout the morning, and barista coffees can be purchased separately if you’d like something extra. A simple, grounding way to start the weekend.

Just a quick note following your booking:
If you answered yes to the question “Anything we should know?”,
please email your instructor with a little more detail ahead of your session. naomipattinson92@hotmail.com
If anything changes with your health, just let them know before class.
If you’re ever unsure whether the session is suitable for you, we’d always recommend checking with a health professional beforehand.

A completed Health Questionnaire is required prior to your first session. Additionally, it is your responsibility to update the questionnaire if there are any changes to your health, contact details (including address and phone number), or emergency contact information. This is essential for your safety and well-being during the sessions.
If a block doesn’t fill up, individual sessions will be advertised to book at a rate of £15 per session on the website, only available once the block has started. However priority is always first given to block bookings.
Unfortunately, participants on block bookings cannot swap into other exercise classes as credit for missed sessions.
Missed sessions cannot be refunded once a block begins.
Priority is given to participants who have booked a block. Drop-ins, priced at £15 per session, will only be accepted if there is space available in the class (i.e., the block is not at full capacity- 9 participants). If there are available spaces, one-off sessions will be advertised on the website and can be purchased directly there.
Block bookings are non-refundable once the first session has been attended.
All block bookings must be made through the website. We’re working on making the booking process easier, so you’ll soon be able to book directly without needing to use PayPal – more details to follow!
