Motherhood doesn’t always leave much room for self-care. This morning is your chance to focus on your body and mind, rebuild strength, and enjoy a wholesome breakfast – all without having to arrange childcare.
Join Naomi Pattinson, qualified Level 3 Mat-Based Pilates Instructor, for a restorative and strengthening Pilates class designed for mums. You’ll move through mindful sequences to reconnect with your core, tone and strengthen, and leave feeling more energised and centred – while your baby rests nearby in a safe, open space.
🥐 After class, share a nourishing homemade breakfast in the Ash Farm Café. It’s the perfect way to refuel, connect with other mums, and enjoy a gentle start to the day with your baby alongside you.

Overnight Oats Bowl – vegan, gluten-free oats layered with fresh fruit, homemade compote, vanilla soya yoghurt, peanut butter, and a sprinkle of nuts

Signature Granola Bowl – crunchy baked granola with creamy coconut yoghurt, fresh fruit, chia seeds, and a drizzle of agave syrup

Babies are welcome in the studio but are not involved in the exercise session

All responsibility for your baby’s safety and care remains with you

Please bring any essentials (blanket, toys, car seat) to help keep your little one content during the class

Belongings should be kept neatly by your mat to allow space for movement. Pushchairs wont be able to fit into the studio however they can be left in the cafe if needed. Car seats are no issue at all.
