🌸 A peaceful morning just for you – with your baby by your side
Motherhood can be full and demanding – which is why this calm, nourishing session is the perfect chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
Designed for mums, this special morning brings together gentle stretching, breath work, and meditation, followed by a wholesome homemade breakfast.
Babies are welcome in the studio, giving you the freedom to join without needing childcare, while still enjoying much-needed time for yourself.
✨ The Practice
Led by Jo, our resident Yin Yoga specialist, you’ll be guided through:
– Gentle, mindful stretches to ease tension in the body
– Breath awareness to calm and centre the mind
– A soothing group meditation with moments of stillness and deep rest
Held in our spacious, light-filled Ash Farm studio 🌿—a calming, open setting to nourish both body and soul.
After Class – Breakfast @ 10.30am (Eat in the cafe or takeaway… you decide what is best for you!)
Sian will be serving a choice of nourishing homemade breakfasts, freshly prepared in the Ash Farm Café:
– Overnight Oats Bowl – vegan, gluten-free oats layered with fresh fruit, homemade compote, vanilla soya yoghurt, peanut butter, and a sprinkle of nuts
– Signature Granola Bowl – crunchy baked granola with creamy coconut yoghurt, fresh fruit, chia seeds, and a drizzle of agave syrup
✨ Important Notes
Babies are welcome in the studio but are not involved in the stretch or meditation session – this is time for mums to focus on themselves
Your baby’s care and safety remain your responsibility throughout the morning
Please bring any essentials (blanket, toys, car seat) to help keep your little one comfortable
Belongings should be kept neatly by your mat to allow space for movement. Pushchairs wont be able to fit into the studio however they can be left in the cafe if needed. Car seats are no issue at all.
🧺 What to Bring
– Comfortable clothing for gentle movement (barefoot or socks recommended)
– A yoga mat
– A water bottle
– Baby essentials (blanket, toys, carrier if needed)
📋 All participants will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire before joining.
