Join us at Ash Farm and kick start 2024 for our 3 R’s retreat!
REFRESH the body and wake up your muscles with a Legs, Bums and Tums workout followed by Pilates for improved balance and stability with Katherine Brace.
REFUEL with a midmorning homemade snack and relax with your chosen morning drink and enjoy a food demonstration by the Ash Farm team.
Rest the mind and body with a seated meditation class with Jo Rees before moving into a restorative Yin Yoga session.
Conclude the retreat with a REJUVENATING salad plate full of healthy nutrients and delicious foods utilising an element from the earlier food demonstration 🙂
Leave feeling reinvigorated and recharged ready for 2024!

What better way is there to spend a wet and windy Saturday than on a retreat at Ash Farm? A day of carefully curated delights awaited us. From the ginger and turmeric shots that kicked off the morning, to the classes that catered for all levels and provided a variety of challenges; to the cookery demonstration and fabulous lunch; to meeting like minded women wanting to refresh, renew and rejuvenate. Sian has attracted some excellent teachers to teach on her retreat days. The combination of different activities;, legs, bums and tums, pilates, meditation and Yin yoga catered to everyone’s taste. We were so well looked after it was difficult to leave at the end of the day. We all need some time for ourselves in this busy world and one day can make such a difference. Thankyou to Sian and her staff.

I spent the day on Saturday at Ash Farm on their Relax.. Renew and Rejuvenate Retreat. Wow it was so much more than I expected and fantastic value for money.. I went with 2 friends and we all loved it.. it was a perfect day.. Sian is the perfect hostess and her food is amazing.. The most wonderful day spent at Ash Farm for the Refresh, Refuel and Rejuvenate event and would thoroughly recommend.
Katherine and Jo that led the classes were amazing and so was our host Sian. The food demonstration was so informative and the food and drinks were all delicious. The food session was focussed on sourdough and the demonstration showed how we could use the discard to make sourdough crackers; which worked well with the various hummus; which we were also shown how to make at home. Sian was kind enough to provide us all with a sourdough ‘starter’ of our own.
The whole day was a real treat and we all felt relaxed, renewed, refuelled and rejuvenated. As soon as it finished I was ready to book the next event.

I was so glad I booked this treat for myself – it’s so easy to forget how important your own well-being is when you have such a busy life and this was the PERFECT way to unwind and relax and be absolutely spoilt rotten. The minute we arrived I knew it was going to be great because of the way we were greeted with such warm genuine smiles and a real sense that we were all in it together and there for the same reasons from all the ladies. The only thing I would change about the whole day is either the size of the pot for the sourdough starter or less starter – unfortunately mine didn’t make it home with me but it was rescued by a friend so all was not lost! I spotted some lovely crystals in Sian’s shop and couldn’t help myself – the whole day was such a treat – food was amazing so delicious and created with so much love and care. I absolutely loved the classes and the instructors – so good! Thank you so much to all concerned – I can’t wait to do it all over again soon! 10/10 xx

What a wonderful, relaxing, nourishing and reenergising day! From Pilates to meditation to yin yoga, all my aches and pains disappeared, topped off with delicious snacks and food all home made by Dian at Ash Farm. This was such a treat thank you so much to Kath, Jo and Sian for your amazing classes and company. I will definitely look out for future retreats. It was a real switch off from the world xx

I was really looking forward to the day with Sian Jo and Kath but with some reputation as I’d not done Pilates or Yin yoga before … I needn’t have worried as they were geared at all levels with lots of support throughout which I needed!! Sian’s delightful foods that we ate and the recipes given to take away following the demonstration are all ones I will try at home … I’ve already made a list for the next time I go shopping!! Thank you all for making yesterday a most enjoyable experience and I look forward to another day at Ash Farm xx

I so enjoyed this retreat, it was a delight for mind and body. A great mix of Pilates and Yoga delivered with clear instructions and tailored to suit all abilities. The meditation session left me with a sense of calm and peace.
I found the food demonstration interesting and informative. Sian is such an accomplished baker with a passion for cooking healthy, nutritious snacks and meals. We had a ginger and turmeric shot to start the day, a mid morning break with a home made treat and a burger and salad lunch – everything was delicious and beautifully presented.
I was a little apprehensive as I arrived on my own, however I soon relaxed following a warm welcome and everyone was super friendly. A long overdue treat for me and I am looking forward to the next one. Sincere thanks to Sian, Jo and Kath.
