Please note the following and consult your doctor should you have any concerns:
Contraindications : Gong Sound Baths are not recommended with the following:
- Pacemaker or metal implants
- During the first or last trimester of pregnancy
- Serious mental health issues such as schizophrenia or psychosis
Special Considerations: Gong Sound Baths may not be suitable for some prone to the following:
- Fits or seizures (including epilepsy)
- Sensitive to sound, like Tinnitus
- If you wear a hearing aid, your device should be turned off during the session
Not suitable for young children 14 and under. 15 and 16 year olds must be accompanied by their guardian.

Thank-you for booking on to the Gong Sound Bath session. If in the unfortunate event you are unable to attend it will be your responsibility to find a replacement as spaces cannot be carried forward. We are sure you appreciate being a small business any cancellations have a big impact on pre booked events.

Another amazing morning at Sian O’Doherty at Ash Farm today at a Sound Experience with G Nature & Wellbeing. 1st time doing this, I’ve had a busy brain the last couple of weeks, so today was just exactly what I needed. I cannot explain enough how much this helped me today. It fully relaxed me. I felt fully immersed in the experience, the colours I saw as the gongs and bowls etc worked their magic, but the absolute peace of it all was just fabulous, I can’t fully explain. And finished off with some of Sian’s gorgeous food. Thank-you so much for an amazing day, and I will 100% be doing this again.xX❤️Xx.

A Birthday Gift, a Family Experience – and My First Sound Bath at Ash Farm 🎶
I’ve hosted so many of the sound baths with Geraint of G Nature & Wellbeing here at Ash Farm but never actually taken part in one myself! So when we were looking for the perfect present for a special birthday for my mum, we thought this would be the ideal mini retreat for her as she loves gifts that bring the family together through a shared experience. I was equally delighted to know that I’d finally get the chance to experience a sound bath at ours after all this time – and I wasn’t disappointed!
The session was deeply peaceful, with such a beautiful variety of tones and vibrations that left me feeling light, calm, and fully at ease. It was the kind of rest you don’t realise you need until you’re in it — a rare chance to truly switch off and recharge. I would definitely love to do it again and highly recommend the experience to anyone looking for deep relaxation, stress release, or simply a beautiful shared moment with loved ones.
